Mark-It is a monthly with labor included and features to get a normal eCommerce website up and going with your own style and name attached to it.

This plan cannot exceed 65 design and development hours for the lifetime of the plan.  This plan is locked to a domain name – canceling this plan and purchasing a new plan will not reset the hours allocated.

This product is based on how many products you will be adding to your website and exceeding this allotment will automatically upgrade your plan and subscription tier.  We will assist you in adding these products but the hours in which we will assist are limited per month.   You can, however, supplement this with a support contract for additional hours and a discount on labor rates.

TERMS

Upon successful checkout, you will be emailed a contract to digitally sign.  Your service cannot start and development cannot begin until this contract is signed. If we do not receive a contract from you within the first 14 days, your subscription will be canceled and the first month’s payment will not be refunded and will cover the early termination fee.

This contract will specify the exact labor hours you can use and how they are used as presented in the product specifications and description.  Additionally, this contract will specify the following:

The work you are paying for is leased to you or your company for as long as you keep the subscription active.   Upon lapse in payment or cancellation, all work we have done becomes the immediate property of Tarheel Media including, but not limited to:  The domain name, the website in whole and in part, logos, content, images, videos, and other media as well as forms, form data, and methods used to develop the website.

Monthly contract plans are LEASED WEBSITES, YOU DO NOT OWN IT.

You can however buy out the contract for full ownership of your data.  The buyout price goes down every year you maintain service.
