A comprehensive guide to our tiers of support.

Security Only Support

This support plan includes automated updating of WordPress and Plugins when updates become available.  In addition, if your website is hacked or is vulnerable, you will be allowed 1 hour per month to fix the security issue and possibly reverse any damage done.  This support plan is only valid while your website is hosted on Tarheel Media servers!

Standard Support

This support plan includes the base level of support including the support offered in Security-Only Support. In addition, this plan allows for minor content updates (such as changing opening hours or a phone number). This support plan is only valid while your website is hosted on Tarheel Media servers!

Comprehensive Care

This plan includes features from Security Only and Standard Support and also includes the ability for our staff to add new plugins and features to your website. This support plan is only valid while your website is hosted on Tarheel Media servers!

The White Glove Solution

This plan includes features from all other plans and has no restrictions on what kind of labor can be applied to this plan. Need us to upload photos? We can do that. Need us to add a few products to your storefront? We can do that too. This support plan is only valid while your website is hosted on Tarheel Media servers!

No Support Included On Your Website?

You can get support on any website, even websites not on our servers by ordering a labor contract.
