This is a labor contract customized by the customer that will include only what is selected and will be billed monthly.  All selected provisions and resources will renew every month or be lost at the end of that month.

BRIEF OF TERMS

• This is a binding contract, you will digitally sign an actual copy of a more detailed contract upon successful payment
• If you do not digitally sign the contract, you will not be refunded and this process will cease, funds will be collected for early termination
• Unused hours carry over to the next month and accrue until the subscription anniversary in which only 50% of the unused hours accrued may carry over to the new contract.
• This contract includes only in-office labor; and does not apply to labor that requires travel or off-site work
• Exceeding your allotment of hours results in an automatic charge on the credit card you enter and that rate will be at a discounted rate (10% discount) (See our Normal Labor Rates)
• You may only exceed your allotment while subscribed to this contract via a valid credit card
• You may terminate this contract after the first year at any time and may terminate early with a fee set at 180% of the first payment you made or 100% if you terminate or we terminate within the first month
• We will terminate your contract under the following circumstances (and termination fees will apply):
  1. You breach or threatened to breach the contract
     (asking to terminate the contract early is considered a breach of contract)
  2. You ask a Tarheel Media employee, contractor, or affiliate to perform an illicit act or aid in an illicit act
  3. You fail to pay on time or your card is declined more than 2 times within a week
  4. You ask us to work with any kind of pornography
  5. You fail to respond to inquiries promptly
  6. You violate any provision in the Terms of Service for this website (i.e., hacking the website, bulk mailing, deliberately transmitting viruses, malware, keyloggers, or spyware, or attempting to degrade our services)
• You may not be penalized for a contract termination when:
  1. We are unable to fulfill the obligations of the contract
     (unused accrued hours not carried over from the previous year will be refunded)
  2. You request termination after the 1-year contract anniversary
     (unused accrued hours will not be refunded)
  3. It is required by law or we are compelled to terminate to protect our company from loss (i.e., bankruptcy)
     (unused accrued hours will not be refunded)
  4. We believe furthering the contract harms our company, our employees, or our affiliates or your company, your employees, or your affiliates
