Project Description

Bailey’s Respite Care supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries while promoting personal choice, dignity, independence, and meaningful participation within their communities.

Our relationship began with an urgent social-media problem. Bailey’s advertising access had been disabled following a false report, limiting its ability to reach families, potential employees, and members of the communities it serves. We provided guidance throughout the recovery process and helped the organization regain access to Facebook advertising.

With that immediate problem resolved, attention shifted toward Bailey’s larger digital presence. The organization needed a website that communicated the scale and professionalism of its operation while remaining warm, accessible, and respectful of the individuals and families it serves.

We created a responsive Cyno-powered website that explains Bailey’s respite care, supported living, residential support, community living, specialized consultation, supported employment, community networking, and residential-home services. The site also provides organizational news, family resources, events, staff and company information, testimonials, contact pathways, service-area information, and employment opportunities.

Because Bailey’s serves more than 70 clients with over 120 field employees, the website also needed to support frequent internal updates. Cyno gives authorized staff extensive control over content, allowing the organization to maintain services, resources, announcements, events, and other public information without requiring a developer for every routine change.

Bailey’s Respite Care remains an active Tarheel Media client. We continue to support the website and the organization’s evolving digital needs. What began as assistance with a social-media advertising ban became a comprehensive web and marketing relationship—and a website both Bailey’s and Tarheel Media can proudly show.
