Virtual Machines are virtualized slices of a server.  The resources you select are dedicated to you, including the RAM and Hard Drive usage.  We do not oversell these resources and the virtual disks are already pre-expanded.

We use QEMU for our hypervisors which, in addition to being open source, you can download these disks and take your virtual machine anywhere that supports QEMU or even mount it to any native Linux machine to extract data locally.

We guarantee that the host machine will be online and available to the internet 99.99% of the time.  However, by granting users root access to the virtual machine, we cannot guarantee uptime or connectivity.
